Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Order and maintain office supplies.

2. Document Management:
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.

3. Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
- Accurately input and manage data in various systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

4. Assistance to Management:
- Provide administrative support to executives and account managers as needed.
- Assist in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional
service.

2. Policy Renewals and Reviews:
- Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage.
- Facilitate the renewal process and communicate changes to clients.

3. Risk Assessment and Analysis:
- Assess clients' risk profiles and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Collaborate with underwriters to tailor insurance solutions to meet clients' specific needs.

4. Quoting and Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients and the company.

5. Claims Management:
- Assist clients in the claims process, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with claims department to ensure timely and fair resolution.


6. Market Research and Industry Trends:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

- Provide clients with updates and recommendations based on market insights.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Insurance Account Manager or a similar role in the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of various insurance products, including property, casualty, and liability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
