Q. Does Sneed Insurance cover special events on their
Car Club Liability insurance policy?
A. Yes, Special Events coverage can be provided
through a Car Club Liability insurance policy for car club
functions such as custom classic car shows. These Special
Events must be listed on the policy declaration and a separate
charge made for each.
Q. Are the members and officers of my car club covered
by the Sneed Insurance Classic Car Club Insurance Program?
A. Officers and members are insured when
named in a covered lawsuit as a result of club activity when
the officer/member is acting on behalf of the Club. No Coverage
is provided for a member making a claim against another member.
Q. Is my Car Club covered with Sneed's classic Car Club insurance
if we serve alcohol?
A. Sneed's classic Car Club insurance plan
covers Host Liquor Liability for those events where alcoholic
beverages are served. The Host Liquor Liability feature is
available only if no permit or license is required prior to
serving alcohol. Limits are provided at $1,000,000 per occurrence
